Round-trip flight from Rotterdam – a super experience
Flight Information
For a sightseeing flight from Rotterdam, we fly one of our Cessna 172 aircraft or our Tecnam P2010 aircraft.
Passengers
Per aircraft, 3 people are allowed with a combined weight of up to 240 kg, but it is also possible to fly several aircraft at the same time.
Air Operator Certificate (AOC)Sand Air has all the required certificates. The numbers of these are listed in the footer at the bottom of this page.
Completely free
Your sightseeing flight takes off at Rotterdam The Hague Airport. After take-off you will feel completely free, a moment you will never forget. But beware, the ‘flying virus’ is contagious and chances are that you will want to learn to fly yourself. Please visit our trial lesson page.
The route
After determining a route with the pilot, for example above the Maasvlakte, the Kinderdijk windmills, Skyline of Rotterdam or your home, you will take to the air to experience everything in reality.
Of course, above the location, we will make an extra round so you can see everything clearly and to take a few more beautiful pictures. All in all a very special experience.
Afterglow
After the sightseeing flight Rotterdam, you have the opportunity to enjoy some afterglow at Fletcher Hotel- Wings Rotterdam located right next to the terminal or at Brasserie Spazio overlooking the runway of Rotterdam The Hague Airport.

Composing a round trip
You can expand your roundtrip with a number of options, such as longer flight duration and type of aircraft.

Maximum weight: 240kg, distributed among up to three people.

Bookings
Bookings can be made at your convenience if available by sending an email to operations@sandair.nl. Gift certificates will be sent by return mail upon full payment. Payments must be made by bank transfer, cash or debit card prior to the flight. The procedure to follow can be found in the details we will send you.
Given the weather sensitivity, the date and/or time can be moved at the last minute. If a flight cannot take place due to weather conditions, no refunds will be possible, and the flight will be moved to another date by mutual agreement.
